Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data this site collects and how it is used. It is a starting point written for a site of this type and should be reviewed by someone qualified in your jurisdiction before you rely on it.

Who we are

This site is operated by PairMyRig, the publisher of pairmyrig.com. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact contact@pairmyrig.com.

What we collect

  • What you enter into our tools. The parts and settings you select are processed to produce a result. You do not need an account and we never ask for your name or email to use any tool on this site.
  • Standard server logs. IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics data. Aggregated information about how pages are used, so we can improve them.
  • Advertising data. Our advertising partners may set cookies and similar identifiers.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles of our own.

Cookies and advertising

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and others.

  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings.
  • You can opt out of many third party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The tools on this site will still work.

Legal basis

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for security logging and aggregated analytics, and on consent for advertising and non essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. To exercise any of these, write to contact@pairmyrig.com and we will respond within the period your law requires.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell personal data.

Data retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics provider. Tool inputs are processed to produce your result and are not stored against an identity.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date below.

Last updated: 8 October 2026. We update this policy whenever what we collect, who processes it or how long we keep it changes, and review it at least once a year regardless.
